Past presidents
 David Winkler |
President 1996-2001 David was born in Valley Stream, NY USA and studied Biology and Chemistry at Syracuse University. He then moved to Denmark where initially he trained as a Dental Technician before moving on to become a Dentist, qualifying in 1983. David ran his own practice in Outrup, Denmark for 17 years, before moving to Windsor where he has been in practice ever since.
David is a self-confessed dental geek. He has a passion for everything dental. He is always investigating new techniques, products and advances in dentistry. He started doing implants in 1987 when the first systems came out. He has been President of a number of Aesthetic Academies including the British, Scandanivan (Founding President) and the European Academy. He is currently the President of the International Federation of Aesthetic Dentistry.
When David is not doing or talking about dentistry he can be found cooking and travelling to see his grown children in Denmark. In fact the traveling may increase next year as the first grandchild is due to make his entrance into the world in February 2013! |

President 2001-2004 Graduated from University of Bergen in 1991.Privat practice and part time teatching at University of Bergen 1993 - 1996. Member and chairman of the Organizing Commitee of the Bergen Dental.

 Roy Samuelsson
|
President 2004-2006 Graduated 1984 from Faculty of Odontology, University of Gothenburg. Moved to Oslo in 1996 and have been involved in private practice and at the same time part time as clinical instructor at Faculty of Odontology, University of Oslo. Presently attending the advanced programme in prosthodontics at the same university. Have extensively taken part in development and lecturing in oral prosthetic rehabilitation especially in bonded ceramics and implantology since the late eighties and focuses on interdisciplinary approaches in treatment.

 John Orloff |
President 2006-2009 Dr. John Orloff DDS, DipImpDent RCS(Eng) graduated from The Royal Dental College Copenhagen, Denmark in 1980 and took his Diploma in Implant Dentistry from The Royal College of Surgeons, England in 2007. He has been active building up a large multidisciplinary referral dental Office "Hausergaarden" in the centre of Copenhagen, Denmark. The main areas of his expertise and interests are aesthetics, prosthetics and implantology.
He is President of Scandinavian Academy for Esthetic Dentistry, Past President of The Danish Society of Oral Implantology, Accredited Member of the European Academy of Aesthetic Dentistry and member of numerous of professional societies. For many years he has been involved with the Danish Dental Association in post grad education He has been associate professor, Department of TMD, Occlusal Function and Rehabilitation at the Royal Dental School, University of Copenhagen and is after 17 years of duty Past Head of The Dental Emergency Clinic for Copenhagen. President 2009-2011 Anders Ericson graduated from Stockholm Dental School in 1978. Has been in private practice in the Stockholm area since then. Early interest in implantology with post graduate education both in prosthetics and implant surgery.
Has great interest in comprehensive restorative dentistry and active within several national and international associations and academies.

 Peter Boy Andresen |
President 2011-2012 Graduated from the Royal Dental College of Copenhagen in 1983. From 1983 to the end of 1988 he worked in a practice near Bielefeld, Germany, which is specialized in implantology and reconstructive dentistry, and part time at the department of oro-maxillo-facial surgery at the University Hospital, Osnabrück. At the end of 1988 he decided to move clos to Denmark with his wife Dr. Jola Andresen and they now run a full time general practice together in Niebüll. In 1999 he got his specialisation in oral implantology from Deutsche Gesellschaft für Implantologie, in 2002 he was conferred his Dr.med.dent. (PhD) by the Westfälische Wilhelms Universität, Münster, and in 2007 he finished his education as a specialist of aesthetic-reconstructive dentistry after 3 years with a Master of Science. He is a founding member of the SAED and accredited member of several dental societies, associations and studyclubs.
